设备特点 /  Equipment feature ：

●  采用锤式破碎机，可保证物料受冲击时间，以充分脱离化工原料或油渍等，并对物料进行多次冲洗，保证铁团的干净；

    Adopting vertical crusher, it could ensure the impact time for the material, so that it could be free from the chemical raw material or oil stains. After washing the material for several times, the iron will be clean enough. 

●  可根据物料进料大小、产量及最终产品的出料尺寸等为客户提供一站式技术解决方案；

    We could work out the solution as customer’s material size requirement and    capacity and final output material size etc. 

●  强磁磁选系统，可以选出99％的废铁。PLC控制系统，操作及维护简单；

     It could separate 99% waste metal by high intensity magnetic. Adopting PLC control system, operation and maintenance is simple and easy. 

●  设备上安装有急停按钮，对设备操控更安全；

     For more safety operation, equipped with emergency button. 

●  破碎后的废料被分离开，提高了回收率, 处理后物料可直接回收使用或根据需求作进一步细化处理。

     After being crushed, the material will be separated and the recovery rate will be improved. The material could be used directly or it could take further process as customer requirement.
